Die geheimen Tageb├╝cher von einer verderbten Existenz

Behind these gates you will hear my thoughts screaming like nerves under the sun and feel my emotion laughing to the empty ether.
Welcome Dear Wanderer, make yourself at home.
The road is long and tortuous and I hope you enjoy yourself.

Italy and what not

Finally i have managed to some holidays and visit my family.

Things are not as bad as I thought although my grandpa is not in good conditions and my grandma is not well either.

The age is a cruel master.

There is a new addition to the family, contrary to what I thought at first when they told me (my brother is becoming a daddy?!?!?!?!, that's what I thought), they have housed a doggy!

His name is Wile and he is the loveliest doggy ever!
At the moment is under a training, or, rather my parents are, should I say!
Learning how to comunicate and teach the dog is not an easy thing but they are making progress and Wile seems happy and cheerful.

Tomorrow i will be in Florence to meetup with some friends and that is promising to be a very long night!

Stay Tuned!

A diary of a lost girl.

I haven't posted much lately, after having discovered few things about my friends and noticed the way they behaved I have decided to stop making drama about how unhappy I am with some people and just concentrate with the ones that make me feel happy and wanted.

However I have mostly started to enjoy a life without the regular friends but instead start visiting the ones I had been neglecting lately and kindle new friendships and discover new things to do.

Last weekend we all went to Never Say When: 30 years of broken flag that consisted in a pan-european meeting for a weekend of noise and power electronics. Heavy stuff: my ears had suffered a lot from it when I am STILL hearing the whistling since a week ago.
To be Noted: I have taken a average of 200 pictures per night, to every single act (about 15), friends and random crowd. I have only drank a few cocktails n the first night (2 at the beginning and 2 at the end really) and for the rest of the 72 hours I had been sober and happy: so no drinking, without any intention of it really, was a success. Pictures posted on http://threadsoftheinvisible.blogspot.co.uk/2012/05/day-0-unrest-prodshift-live-at-victoria.html, there is still the Sunday pictures to upload tho, stay tuned! ;D

The week was less stressful at work although still hectic.

Didn't go out last night but I cycled around and today I kept on cycling around and went to the Wellcome Collection + Crypt Gallery to see a couple of exhibits.
The First one on Brains

here's some random pics from it (until they told me I could not take any pics!)

Then I went to see another exhibit at the Crypt Gallery which really impressed me.

From the website:
BERLIN: the Forger's Tale
An exhibition by Kevin Broughton & Fiona Birnie

Opening times: daily 12noon - 7pm

BERLIN: the Forgers Tale follows the life of Twentieth Century forger Georg Bruni using his original, highly individual visual 'diary' (produced by drawings made on banknotes throughout his life) as a narrative guide, and with the use of archive material, paintings, drawings, sculpture, posters, photographs and multi-media installation we explore his involvement in the First World War, Cubist Paris, Germany's social & political upheavals, the astoundingly creative artistic culture of painters, film-makers & performers, & the legendary nightlife of the short lived Weimar Republic. Bruni's adventures in both Berlin & Paris examine his use of multiple identities & their relationship to his collection of masks, his craving for the company and desire to mimic the famous - artists, performers and the emerging stars of the film industry, also his nefarious dealings in the clubs and cabarets of Berlin's nightlife.

The forger's journey provides many parallels with contemporary life questioning issues of identity, the importance of individual status, and our reliance on and desire for the manipulated information which contributes to and constructs our world reality.

Artists Kevin Broughton & Fiona Birnie are interested in the influence modern technology and the media have on contemporary life and their part in the construction of our identity and society. Using adapted found material to construct images, objects and installations that question and comment on our notions of past, present and future realities.

And here's my photographic evidence.

and the day was completed with a chat and a coffe at friend's place, not far from Euston.
Cycled back, cruise speed, through Camden and then home.

Tomorrow?
Tomorrow is another day  :)

For Her, For me, For All

The Beautiful Queen
Mistress of the Gods
Lady of all the Harlots of UR
Bright Shining One of the Heavens
Beloved of ENKI
Lay hung and bleeding
From a thousand fatal wounds.
